About the Game
This virtual reality escape room is designed to teach children from 10 to 13 years of age the core basics of various STEM subjects. They will have to complete various rooms filled with puzzles, collect the items within them, and eventually escape the spaceship. Thanks to this innovative and fun-to-play game, the child will be able to gain an understanding on various science-related concepts in an intuitive, interactive way.

Technology Used
HTC Vive
This headset is what gives the player visual access to the virtual world. It also provided sounds through headphones for complete immersion.
Leap Motion
This is a hand tracking sensor allowing the player to use his physical hands to interact with virtual elements. Thanks to this hardware, our escape game is totally free of controllers.
MSI VR ONE
This is the first backpack computer that we used when developing this game. As the backpack is wireless, it provides an untethered virtual experience.
ZOTAC VR GO
This is the second backpack computer that we used when developing this game. Similar to the MSI VR ONE, it allows the user to move freely. They function similarly, despite the different exterior.
